Understanding the process
  • Step 1 - Contact:Once you’ve made initial contact, I offer a free 30-minute video/phone introduction – here I can better understand your needs, if you have any worries or concerns about the process and how we could therapeutically work together.
  • Step 2 - First 50-minute session:Here we will go through our contract together and explore any questions you might have about the process. It is your time to use and I’m here to go at your pace, guided by you.
  • Step 3 - Continual weekly sessions:Once we have agreed a regular time and day for our sessions, we can schedule these weekly and check in with each other throughout the process to see how you’re feeling. Some clients then move onto fortnightly sessions and gently extend the breaks in between, which can also support individual resilience.
