“I am so grateful to have had counselling sessions with Sarah. I was feeling stuck in a situation, and she helped me to explore my feelings without judgement. She is a really attentive listener, and you can tell she really does care about what you have to say. She radiates warmth and empathy. Our sessions have helped me beyond measure.“
Why work with me?
As a mama and therapist, I can empathise with the joys and struggles of motherhood first hand. My approach is compassionate, without judgement and I will have unconditional positive regard for you. I understand how motherhood can bring on feelings of guilt, isolation, worry and fear. It can make you feel like you’re failing, especially comparing yourself to other mums. You’re not doing anything wrong, and you aren’t alone. I see you and I see your sleep deprivation! I’m here to support you so you can continue supporting your baby. Together we can explore what self-care looks like for you and how you can manage this.

If childcare is a challenge, please don’t worry, your little ones are always welcome to join you in sessions. I see how hard you’re working!
